5th course of the day, 6.5 miles walked so fast today, this one is looking to be a doosy.
Hole one climbs only 100 feet to a beautiful view.
I guess I parred (6) the gauntlet of hole 3.
And the dude behind me apparently gave up after only 2 holes, thought maybe he’d want to play a round together, but he seemed pretty antisocial.
The rest of the course continued on, if a bit brutally over rocks and through woods for a great challenge that kicked my butt. As a few snowflakes fall, I post this from, the tee of hole 15.

I apologize to my dedicated readers that I have not been ambitious about writing in this thing. So many wonderful things happen, the days seem to go on forever, one huge adventure. The day eventually winds down and comes to an end, I drive until I find the perfect campsite, then… I have to pull out my computer and type? Blah, that sounds awful, lets start a fire and drink a beer.
Now I sit in my Parents’ house, with a little more ambition to write – let me recap the last three weeks. Also photos are not uploading for whatever reason… I’ll add pictures at some point soon.

I’m leaving this as a sticky post for the next 30 days as I have finally arrived in Lander Wyoming after a 6 day journey from Minnesota. I am here to start my first CL (course leader, I will be the one in charge) on a NOLS course in the Wind Rivers Range. This blog will still be updating itself with disc golf course reviews – this is why I haven’t updated in a while, all of my energy in the evenings typing has been spent writing reviews of courses. Though this post will remain at the top of the page, check below for new content – every day I should have a new course review popping up. Read on to hear the story of my road trip getting here.
